Upon re-investigation of this issue, it was found that the user, Mikey1877 is found innocent of this accusation. I personally remoted into his computer to verify the validity of his claim that he had no mods active. After confirming that, it was claimed that he received "Creative Mode" from an ex-admin. His ignoring of the warning was not intention, but due to his UI scaling. As of this time he is unbanned and to have his creative removed along with an inventory clearing.
